All my jewelry is handmade by me, and will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in an envelope.
I am new to eCrater, but I have sold on Ebay for several years and have 100% positive feedback of over 5,500, many of which are repeat buyers.
Customer service and customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I will go out of my way to insure that you have a positive shopping experience.
Payment
Payment is expected within 5 days of your purchase.
I take Paypal and money orders.
If you are going to send me a money order, please send me a message so I can give you my address.
Shipping
I ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping can be upgraded to Priority mail if you prefer. Just send me a message so I can adjust the shipping price.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Insurance is optional. If you'd like insurance, let me know and I'll add it to the invoice.
Refunds are offered only on insured items, in case the package is damaged or lost in the mail.
No exchanges, all sales are final.

Custom orders are welcome. If you see something you like in my shop but would like it in a different color, just let me know. I have many different bead colors, and will probably be able to make what you're looking for.
